I think this is a Skipper of some kind, but it doesn't look quite like a Sachem Skipper to me.

Tawny-edged?
Having just spent the last little while trying to wrap my head around Polites skippers, I'd say this is a Crossline Skipper (Polites origines) or Tawny-edged Skipper (P. themistocles), female. I'd lean towards Tawny-edged, because of the intensity of the orange forewing margin, and the shape of that orange marking. However, the particular pattern of white spots (with no light area closer to the body) seems to favor Crossline...

I used Glassberg (The west) (1) to base this on, but that doesn't have range information for the east half of the continent. From the range map it does have, however, I'd guess that both Tawny-edged and Crossline are in range in your area.
