Salmoperla sp?
Are you sure this is Setvena? I have a specimen that looks identical to your images but keyed it out to genus Salmoperla. It appears that in your pictures your specimen has forked gills, and Salmoperla is 1 of the only 2 genera in the Perlodidea family with forked gills.

No I wasn't sure
I keyed it using Merritt and Cummins - I may have missed something. I placed it under Perlodidae rather than Setvena because I wasn't completely confident. Thanks for your comment. I'll need to re-key it.
