Hello Cliff, a simple field mark to distinguish male and female Halloween pennants apart ( besides coloration ) is the male stigma is red the female's is off white.

I believe this is a Halloween Pennant...female because it is more yellowish. I am not an expert though.

The yellow confused me since I have seen many of the orange males.
