probably Braconinae
From what's available in these images, most likely subenus Braconinae. Difficult to pin down further without some pictures of the face and gaster.

Femoral Tooth
It seems like I had seen this on BG, but it is eluding me. No luck in browsing for Braconidae with a femoral tooth either.
