Named for the host plant required by the larvae, females have a preference for Strangler Figs, but other Ficas species may be readily substituted by the larvae. See http://www.silkmoths.bizland.com/pficus.htm for more information.

Great shot
I caught one as a caterpillar up in Boca and I just let the adult form go tonight. Amazing moths! BTW, mine was eating mango leaves.
