Is this spider a Funnel Weaver? If so, which species, please? If not, what is it?

Yes
It is a funnel web weaver, aka, grass spider. It is of the Agelenopsis genus but it is hard to ID down to species. They are harmless to people (Don't mistake these guys for the Australian funnel web spiders).

Thanks,
Jimmy, I appreciate knowing genus. The critter was more afraid of me than I of it:)
