Bluff hopper 2 - Circotettix rabula - Male
Scotts Bluff, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, USA
August 8, 2013
This one made some noise.

appears to be a male Circotettix rabula,
which definitely makes noise, and which is pretty common in badland and bluff areas in western Nebraska.

Moved from Grasshoppers, Crickets, Katydids.
