I think this is a 'Skimmer' dragonfly, but would anyone have an ID on it? Thanks. I think that I've seen very similar ones here in Minnesota before.

Meadowhawk
White-faced Meadowhawk. Meadhowhawks are often tough to identify to species, but a mature male of this species is not tough to identify, with this bright white face.
