Silis or Ditemnus...not sure which off-hand. Looks like a female so a genus level ID may be as far as it can go? Not sure.

Looks like Ditemnus,
simply because the Silis antennae are wrong. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

 
beetles sexually dimorphic with regards to antennae...
not sure how well that can be used for the genus level. I'll snoop around later if others don't get to it first.
