New Smallest Beetle !!! (for bugguide, me)

Size: about 0.5 mm

I initially rejected this fuzzy image, but I've reconsidered since I think it shows a more typical flight position for the wings. I boosted the contrast on the trailing portion to better reveal the wings. I have no explanation for the blue section separating the wings from the rest of the beetle. That's what the camera recorded.
