nice harvestman, possibly in the Family Ischyropsalididae - Genus Taracus

All whip scorpions I've seen hold their grasping limbs horizontally with elbows out.

 
You're right...
the pedipalps do suggest something other than a harvestman. A nice thing to find in your mushrooms!

This could be one of those short-legged Harvestman species, like the one in this photo
