I can't seem to find one quite like it. They were plentiful when I took this photo, so I assume they're fairly common. Anyone know him/her?

Golden Dung Fly?
Looks very similar to Stephen's pic:

...which was also found near manure...

 
Yep!
The 'real' dung fly, Scathophaga stercoraria, no doubt.

Search term
In this case you would have found it imaged when looking for 'dung'. Sometimes you have to think simple... ;-)
