I didn't know flea beetles came this small, but after your comments I flipped through Downie and Arnett, and of course there are dozens of flea beetles under 2.5mm. Perhaps with a little work I can get these to a genus. Thanks again.

I don't know if there are any jumping leaf beetles outside this tribe.

A flea beetle in the family Chrysomelidae, but other than that I'm not sure.
