Formica sp. (pallidefulva group) - worker
Specific ID, namely discrimination between F. pallidefulva, F. dolosa, F. biophilica or (less likely) F. incerta, should be possible thanks to the quality of these close-ups.
I think all four are liable to occur in your state. Let's wait for Dr Trager's advice.
