Haplorhynchites pseudomexicanus Hamilton As stated, usualy paler blue but varies some and lighting can change appearance too.

Looks like planifrons
but I have only seen that sp in spring on Brittle bush. Pseudomexicanus is out now, but it's sturdier and lighter blue, but maybe I've always seen females because I collected them from the host plant
