Another Suggestion - 2937 - Phaneta parmatana 'crispana'
I sent the photograph to Michael Sabourin whose comments lead me to the following: Phaneta crispana was in the checklist at 2931 but was lumped in P. parmatana. It is a phenotype or distinctively colored form. It is possible to see some of the "design" elements in specimens at BOLD, including just a little bit of orange coloration (which might be lost with age).

3007.97 - Phaneta sp. is most likely
Might be undescribed. Still searching, but a leading expert in Tortricidae and Phaneta does not recognize the moth.
