Skimming Bluet? -
Argia alberta
-
Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, USA
August 3, 2013
I cannot find many damselflies with this combination of blue and green, but the range map does not match the Skimming Bluet.

Agree with your ID - Argia alberta
I believe that your ID is correct since
A. sedula
can be ruled out by range.
Note the comment from Dennis Paulson.
There is apparently a problem in separating male
A. alberta
and
A. sedula
.

Don't think it's a Skimming
Both the shoulder stripe and S2 look wrong for that species.
