Moved from Promachus hinei.

I have compared the photos for P. hinei and P. rufipes, and I have consulted with experts, and because I live in the East and because my individual seems identical to the photos of P. rufipes here and elsewhere, especially vis-a-vis the leg color, I have decided, with all due respect to Mr. Raney, to move this back to P. rufipes.
