Long Necked Seed Bug... molt - Myodocha serripes

Size: 5 mm
Found this in a place that i've found lots of other ones... had no idea they molted... too good of an oppurtunity to pass up...:D... do all true bugs molt and have these weird colors when they do? I know large milkweed bugs do, but i wasnt sure about any others
