Psychedelic Jones Moth - Hodges#3751 - Thaumatographa jonesi

Psychedelic Jones Moth - Hodges#3751 - Thaumatographa jonesi
Marlton, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
August 31, 2013
Size: Maybe around 7 mm?
Last night I got two Thaumatographa jonesi
I think this one is male based on the antennae and ventral view, but I'm not 100%
Measured "nose" to wingtip
Maybe I should weed out some of the excess "Aug-NJ" images from my yard.

Great moth
What a great moth, and only two locations on BugGuide for it. Send yours down this way, please!

Specimens
I think I have a male and female, instead of releasing them later (I had offered them to some collectors but so far no takers) maybe I should send them down and you can start a breeding program. Guessing it probably feeds on pitch pine.
