Size: about 5mm long
I was looking for moths near our outdoor light and could not ignore this colorful bug. I wished I had found a key to insect families using wing venation to get some idea where this one belongs. Now I need help.

Moved from ID Request.

That was prompt.
I wished moths would be as promptly identified as plant hoppers (the same happened with my Otiocerus abbotii, another bug I posted out of mere curiosity). Maybe I should go into plant hoppers. Thank you for the ID!
