Attracted to a black light.

Perhaps White-Spotted Tussock Moth
It looks like the scales on the wings are pretty abraded but I think it looks like the White-Spotted Tussock Moth, Orgyia leucostigma. (I don't know it, I'm just picture-keying here). In addition to the antennae and legs, the strong line zig-zagging across the wings and the white spot seem to match.

This must be a male
