Schreckensteinia
This most likely is Schreckensteinia erythriella. The apparent white band at 1/4 forewing length might be a rubbed spot; this species usually doesn't have a white mark in that area.

That struck me as well
I noticed it in the thumbnail and wanted to make sure this wasn't Cycloplasis. It's definitely correctly identified, and I'm thinking the blur is actually the left hindleg, way out of focus.
