Size: about 1 1/4 inches long
Can't find a page that looks like this guy.
Any ideas?
Taken in CT on the side of a house when it was fairly chilly.

Probably...
Limnephilidae or Phryganeidae (based on the leg spines and size), but it is difficult to speculate beyond family from this photo.

Trichoptera
