Tiny jumping spider. - Anasaitis canosa

Tiny jumping spider. - Anasaitis canosa
North Charleston, Charleston County, South Carolina, USA
September 22, 2013
Size: very small
I have seen this tiny spider a lot in our area. He/she waves around two white appendages on the front part of the body each time it stops. I would love to know exactly what kind of spider it is. I assume it is harmless, yes?

Yes, that's it. A twin-flagged jumping spider. Thanks so much!
