Any idea what type of eggs these are?

The picture isn't the greatest but I found these on my outdoor gazebo. Thought at first it was going to be a moth cocoon but when I pulled back that fuzzy stuff I noticed this tight cluster of eggs.

They might be orb weaver eggs. Compare with
