Found hanging in a tangle of vegetation, and identified, by Josh Rose. Size estimated based on the published values.

This photograph was taken during a field trip as part of the 2006 Texas Butterfly Festival in Mission, Texas. This was the odonate trip led by Josh Rose and Bob Behrstock in Mission, Texas.

Just to fine-tune, this critter was at Anzalduas County Park, in brush along the river just above the dam. And within a few meters of it we found two individuals of Triacanthagyna septima, a species which was a first record for Texas and a second for the US!
