Size: estimate: 12-15 mm
Is it Megachile policaris? None of the pictures that I've seen have the variegated black and white fuzz on the thorax. All six legs seem to be solid black, if that helps...

Note: the flower is a morning glory, most likely Calystegia sepium (hedge false bindweed).
