Please help me identify this wasp - Polistes dominula

Please help me identify this wasp - Polistes dominula

I've tried almost every online resource that I can find and I just can't seem to pin down the species of this wasp... I've checked through the guides here and the pattern on the abdomen/thorax just doesn't seem to match anything that I can find... I think it is a species of Yellowjacket but can't find anything that matches it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks... I don't know how I missed that one... I was about to label it a Cicada Killer because I found a photo here on the guide that indeed identified it as Polistes dominula but called it a Cicada Killer (which is not correct - correct Latin name, wrong Common name). Anyhow, thank you so much for your help!
