I'm no expert, but, although hard to see, I think I see claspers at the tip of the abdomen.

Yellow wing veins made me think female
I added another picture where you can see the tip of the abdomen better. Does this help determine if it's a male? The main Halloween pennant page in bugguide seems to suggest females have yellow wing veins and males' are more pink so that is why I thought it was a female and my other post was a male. Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure
Immature males and females can be similar. Neither picture gives me a definitive look at the appendages. I hope someone more knowledgeable than me chimes in.
