5 Spiders 1 Web - Argyrodes - female

5 Spiders 1 Web - Argyrodes - Female
Summerville, Dorchester County, South Carolina, USA
September 27, 2013
All five of these spiders were living in a single Nephila clavipes web! The female Leucauge venusta actually built a web within the web.

I know what the other spiders are. I am trying to confirm the identity of the dewdrop spider. Based on Gaddy's Spiders of the Carolinas and on BugGuide photos, I think this is a female Argyrodes nephilae. The field guide describes this as A. nephilae. BugGuide's Argyrodes page states that this species is only found in Florida, so it's possible that the field guide is wrong, but the range data documents finds in Georgia and Mississippi.
