I've added a close-up image of antennae.
Is this a Broad-winged (Oecanthus latipennis)?

Yes, a male Broad-winged tree cricket
The wide wings and red on the head extending up the antennae makes this ID possible. Only O. latipennis has red with no black on the antennae.
