This it is the work on BG, the insect form ID request are moved to high level of ID (if the ID is possible, sometime the photos can wait long time for ID)
The move are done by curators and experts.
You can move your own pictures to the other level, too.
In some cases, if the pictures are not necessary for the Guide, they are moved to Frass where they stay 30 days before to be automatically deleted. (That is to prevent a error delete.)
