Yup
Mary Ann, if there was nothing mentioned about oak I would totally say maple looper. Hopefully, someone will chime in with an idea b/c I'm totally stuck.

Except for the fact that it's on oak, it reminds me of the maple looper (
Parallelia bistriaris
). Of course, since my brain has locked onto that idea I'm not having any luck coming up w/ anything else.
