Mary Ann, if there was nothing mentioned about oak I would totally say maple looper. Hopefully, someone will chime in with an idea b/c I'm totally stuck.

Except for the fact that it's on oak, it reminds me of the maple looper (Parallelia bistriaris). Of course, since my brain has locked onto that idea I'm not having any luck coming up w/ anything else.
