Funnelweb grass spider
A female Agelenopsis species. Harmless to humans.

Agelenopsis
Thank you. I assumed it was harmless and plan to let it live out its life in the house

I doubt
It can successfully live within human habitation unless it has a place to build a web. These guys have horrible eyesight and can only hunt if he/she finds a suitable place to lay out a funnelweb.
