Ceraphronoidea
These wingless groups are hard to ID. On one hand, the wide base of the metasoma makes it look like a Ceraphronidae. On the other hand, the yellow body reminds me of the genus Lagynodes (in the family Megaspilidae, and often found from soil/litter samples).
