The Neighbor - Haploa contigua
Hoosier National Forest, Monroe County, Indiana, USA
October 2, 2013
While collecting fallen branches for firewood, we noticed the scent of mint all around us. We tracked down the scent to a large patch of AMERICAN PENNYROYAL, and found this fellow happily munching on one plant. I'm sure it tasted delicious, 'cause it sure smelled great! For Indiana in October.
