Most likely Familiar (E. civile)
S7 actually isn't blue enough for Azure, and the abdomen is quite blue overall, indicating one of the blue-type Bluets. Given the range and those long cerci, Familiar seems like a good bet.

Thanks.
Cliff:

Thanks for your help.

not sure from the new photos
Fred,
After seeing the rear end close up it's hard to say for sure. Segment 7 the long one has too much blue for the normal Azure Bluets I have seen. But no other damselflies come even close on segments 7-10. The head shot doesn't help because one needs to see the back of the eyes.

Eyes
Randy:

Checked my files and don't seem to have a shot from above to check the eyes. I need to do a better job of taking id shots; generally looking for beauty and only think ID when I get home. Looking at Dunkle's Florida Damselflies, it comes close to the Big Bluet, but I honestly don't recall how big it was.

small image but
I'm thinking male Azure Bluet, Enallagma aspersum see my photo at http://www.rlephoto.com/odes/damsels/bluet_azure/5276_bluet_azure_ds.htm Next time send a larger photo, details we need to see the shoulder, eyes and last segments of abdomen.

Thanks
Per your suggestion, I've added closeups of the head/thorax and the tail.
