Possible Geolycosa Wolf Spider in Kansas - Geolycosa missouriensis - Female

Size: 23mm BL
Here is a ventral. Note that part of the outer exoskeleton near the spinnerets have been torn off. I did find this one dead near a doorway so she may have died of natural causes and or a possible fungal/mite infection.
