Cropped photo for details: the discosubmarginal cell (horsehead-shaped cell below leading wing edge) extends beyond vein 2m-cu; the transparent oval (inside discosubmarginal cell) in the otherwise papillate wing -at least some Enicospilus have two spots in this oval-; spurious vein in cell 3Cu, parallel to the wing margin. Probably E. glabratus
Do you have a slightly closer/zoomed shot than this? I am pretty sure it's E. glabratus but I just can't quite see the anterodistal corner.

This is the character for E.glabratus that I am trying to see:

"Forewing with discosubmarginal cell bearing a cluster of closely interspaced hairs in anterodistal corner"
