Crane Fly at Mercury Vapor Lamp - Pedicia inconstans

Crane Fly at Mercury Vapor Lamp - Pedicia inconstans
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA

In this hump-backed fly you couldn't see much of the head in the previous view, so here's a lateral headshot. I believe this is a Limoniid.

A female crane fly
of Pedicia (Trycyphona) inconstans in the family Pediciidae. Notice the hairs on the eyes, this is the character for all the species in this family. Need a new page for this species in the Bugguide.

Thanks
Very cool, thanks for the ID, Chen. I enjoyed reading about this species on the Crane Flies of Pennsylvania site.
