Unknown bug. - Teleonemia scrupulosa

Unknown bug. - Teleonemia scrupulosa
La Porte, Harris County, Texas, USA
October 12, 2006
Size: 3-4 mm long
This little guy was flying around and would not leave the book pages (the pic is on the edge of the book pages). I have no idea what type of bug this might be, but it was very tiny. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Looks like
it might be a Lace Bug. Check out these images.

New family?
Actually, this might be of the family Piesmatidae (ash-gray leaf bugs), which would be a new family for Bugguide.

Not a piesmatid
I can see why one can think of a piesmatid, because they have a reticulated upper body surface, like lace bugs, however, note that the wings are fully reticulated, not only the basal half, which would be the case of a piesmatid; also, the pronotum extends into the wing area like a triangular projection covering the scutellum and the clavus structures of the wing area, these structures are visible in the piesmatids. There are other differences, but they're not visible in the picture. This is a tingid indeed, of the genus Teleonemia, probably species T. scrupulosa
