bug...
Just wanted to say it's nice to see your bug on here. Info pg says it's "widely dist., but rare in se US, and n. Great Plains and Rocky Mtn states (BG data)" so the one I found about a 3 hr drive NE of the Grasslands NP may be unusual. That said, probably people around here see a lot of Eastern Boxelder beetles in the fall, and may mistake this bug for those.
