Not sure what it is or what I should do with it. I have never seen this type of spider.
Interesting though to have discovered it today - Halloween. cool

Looks like a Marbled Orbweaver
Harmless.

Highly variable in coloration. Here in Missouri, we also call them Pumpkin Spiders when they're orange:
