Reddish Ant - female

Reddish Ant - Female
Seattle, King County, Washington, USA
November 5, 2006
Size: 5mm approx
This has been the clearest ant photo I've been able to get so far. We have lots of different species, but they just don't like to pose for the camera.
If an ID to species is possible, it would be appreciated.
The animal was on top of a very rotten stump and we had been having some pretty good rain storms yesterday and last night.

Moved
Moved from Ants.

Myrmycinae
It is a Myrmycinae, but I can't say the genus...

Neither can I
Magnification is just too small for this. This COULD be a small, immature Myrmica worker, but impossible to be conclusive.
