Bee on Oregon Sunshine - Dioxys
Coffeepot Lake, Lincoln County, Washington, USA

Photographed on Eriophyllum lanatum 'Oregon Sunshine'. I will add another photo that shows the face. It reminds me of the nomada Triepeolus photographed on the same site in October but this has an overall color of black, with black legs and antennae. Is it something else entirely? Thanks for your help!
