This little fly was in constant motion. The most interesting thing was that its halteres were always in motion and the club-like tips were white.
Size about 3mm.

Black Scavenger Fly
I would like to add this to the guide as it is a family that is not represented.
I know how to add when there are already other members of the family there but do not know how to add a family.

Family: Sepsidae, Sepsis sp.
