This is juncta, but the most reliable character are the punctures along the edges of the black stripe: singe row in juncta; multiples in decimlineata.

for the ID, Rich. I suspected that ID (due to the brown lines on the inner edges of the elytra) but lacked confidence.

 
This one has 4 black lines on
This one has 4 black lines on each elytron. I think the one that opens and comes back together only counts as one line. The other species has 5 lines, and that is how it gets its scientific name (times 2 elytrons).
