Family Liposcelididae
While we can't quite see the thickened femur the Psocoptera does appear to be dorsal ventrally flattened which is a distinctive trait for the Family Liposcelididae.

Moved from Book Lice.

Psocoptera,
However, I don't see the thickened hind femurs that would place these in Lipos*celidae, so unless they were enlarged and I just can't see them they should probably be moved back to order level Psocoptera.

I'll leave it in Psocoptera
Though I'm positive that this insect made several attempts to hop away while I was photographing it. Don't know if that points to a book louse; maybe other similar-looking Psocoptera jump too.

Well, I wish I knew more.
I'm just passing along a comment by Tony Thomas on this image.
