Monochrome frit fly?

Monochrome frit fly?
Irvine Park, Orange, Orange County, California, USA
November 11, 2006
Size: ~5mm
I think not, but have no other explanation. On prickly pear.

Moved
Moved from Frit Flies.

Not Chloropidae
Either an Agromyzidae or Milichiidae. Wing venation does not match Chloropidae; head too bristly.

Thanks, Matthias
